Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions.
How much does a website or app cost in Kenya?
Pricing depends on scope, but our published starting prices for websites, mobile apps, ERP and CRM projects are on the Pricing page. Every quote is scoped to your specific requirements after a free discovery call, so you never pay for features you do not need.
How long does it take to build a website or app?
A standard business website typically takes 2-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems take longer depending on scope, usually 6-12 weeks. You get a firm timeline as part of the proposal, before any work begins.
Do you support M-Pesa and other local payment methods?
Yes. M-Pesa (STK Push and Paybill/Till), card payments and other local payment rails are something we build into e-commerce sites, apps and booking systems as standard, not as a costly add-on.
Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance plans for businesses that want continuous updates, monitoring and fixes after that. Launch and support is the final step of our four-step process.
What technologies do you use to build websites and apps?
Our core stack includes Angular, Django REST Framework and MySQL, along with .NET/C# and Microsoft Power Platform for Dynamics 365 and enterprise integration work. We choose the right stack per project rather than forcing every client into the same toolset.
Can you build ERP or CRM systems for my business?
Yes. We build custom ERP and CRM systems from scratch, and we also implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform when an existing platform is a better fit than a fully custom build.
Do I own the code and design after the project is delivered?
Yes. Once a project is paid for in full, you own the source code, design assets and any content we create for it. There is no vendor lock-in and no ongoing licensing fee to keep using what we built for you.
Do you only work with businesses in Nairobi, or across Kenya too?
We are based in Kenya and work with businesses across the country, not just Nairobi. Discovery calls, proposals and most project communication happen remotely, so location is rarely a constraint.
What does your development process look like?
We follow four steps: a free discovery call to understand your goals, a written proposal with fixed scope and pricing, design and build with regular check-ins, then launch and ongoing support. You always know what happens next and what it costs.
Can you take over or migrate an existing website, app or system?
Yes. We regularly take over projects from other developers, migrate outdated WordPress sites to custom platforms, and move businesses off spreadsheets and legacy systems onto proper ERP or CRM software.
